NFDA has two special rate options in our room block:

Reserve your room by Tuesday, September 23 to get our group rate, but be aware that rooms can sell out prior to this deadline. If rooms are showing sold out before our deadline, please contact Jamie Adams for assistance.

Please note:  Fantasy Fest Key West kicks off on Friday, October 17. This iconic 10-day celebration draws large crowds, so if you plan to stay for the weekend, we highly recommend booking your accommodations early!

NFDA has a contracted room block at this hotel that we must fulfill, or we pay penalties. Please consider reserving your rooms here and not at other local properties. Thank you!

WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate.

You should book your rooms directly with the hotel, using the information provided above.

Daily Resort Fee
The reduced nightly resort fee is $27 (plus tax) and includes:

  • Resort access & transportation between The Reach and Casa Marina Resorts (based upon availability)
  • Casa Marina recreation activities: Corn hole, hammocks and featuring the largest beach resort in Key West 
  • The Reach Recreation Activities: Life size chess, bocce ball, hammocks and featuring the largest natural sand beach with direct ocean entry in Key West
  • Beach and pool lounge chairs with umbrellas 
  • Poolside delighters including cold eucalyptus towel and popsicles 
  • Hydration stations 
  • Wireless internet access included in the guest rooms 
  • Fitness center access 
  • Local & domestic long distance phone calls 
  • (2) In room bottles of water daily 
  • In-room coffee

Parking
Daily valet parking has been reduced to $35 for our group, and self-parking is $30.

Travel
Casa Marina Resort is 2.6 miles from Key West International Airport. The hotel offers transportation based on availability and advance reservations for a fee. Contact the VIP Team for rates and reservations at 305-296-3535, extension 7865.
