NFDA has a contracted room block at this hotel that we must fulfill, or we pay penalties. Please consider reserving your rooms here and not at other local properties. Thank you!

WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate.

You should book your rooms directly with the hotel, using the information provided above.

Daily Resort Fee

The reduced nightly resort fee is $25 (plus tax) and includes daily:

  • Use of Spa Fitness Center
  • Golf range access and range balls for two guests
  • Daily golf bag storage
  • Instructional led fitness classes for two guests
  • Miniature golf for up to four guests
  • Two hour bike rental for two guests
  • One hour hard court and racket rental for two guests
  • One hour pickleball court and equipment rental for two guests
  • Resort fish feeding activity for family
  • Enhanced in-room high-speed internet access

NFDA overnight guests will also receive the following discounts:

  • Complimentary overnight self-parking
  • $10 off published golf tee-times
  • $10 off standard massage & facial treatments

Parking
Overnight self-parking is complimentary and valet parking is $45. 12 Tesla EV charging stations are available in the self-parking garage at $29 nightly plus Tesla rates.

Travel
Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is approximately 12 miles from the hotel. PSP is served by 9 airlines which include Air Canada, Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Southwest, Sun Country, United, and Westjet.

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is 70 miles west, John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 100 miles west, and LAX is 120 miles west.
