Attendees are eligible for a special room rate of $229 (plus tax and mandatory Texas Recover Fee). 
ESPS appointments will be held in a ballroom this year instead of private suites, so our block consists of all standard rooms.

• A deposit of one room night is required when making your reservation. Cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeit of deposit.

WARNING: Contracted guestroom blocks for meetings have become victims to hotel poachers. The company is called Exhibition Hotel Management and they sometimes have been able to contact members attending the meeting. This results in guestrooms not being booked inside our block. The poachers have sent copies of a form requesting a credit card. It all looks very legitimate.

Parking (Subject to change)

Overnight valet parking for guests is $25 per day plus tax with in/out privileges and day valet parking for $16 per vehicle plus tax.
Overnight self-parking for guests is $18 plus tax and day self-parking for $10 per vehicle.
Oversized vehicles are $33 per day plus tax. A vehicle clearance of 6’5” and over is considered oversized.
