Conference Registration Options

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.



Deadline

Pay by Tuesday, February 19, 2019, for the best registration rate.



Policies 

Retired employees of member companies can register at the spouse registration rate and will receive all the benefits of a full conference registration.

Optional and social activities are only available to those who have registered for the conference.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Requests made after Tuesday, February 5, 2019, are subject to a $95 per person processing fee. 

No refunds will be issued after Tuesday, February 19, 2019.

Attendee substitution is permitted. 

Registration and attendance at or participation in this joint conference constitute an agreement by the registrant to MWFA, NFDA or Pac-West’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.
