Every six months YFP will announce a book that falls under the umbrella of professional-development and leadership to drive fruitful conversation and self-development.

The first book on the reading list is The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. While reading, we suggest taking notes and highlighting sections that hit home for you most, to help facilitate conversation with other readers.
