Hotel Reservations
The 2008 Fall City Meeting is being held at the InterContinental Chicago. The special NFDA room rate is $259 for single/double occupancy. This rate is available until August 15, 2008 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Meeting attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. To reserve your room(s), contact the InterContinental Chicago at 866.276.6845 and be sure to mention NFDA in order to qualify for the negotiated room rates.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your hotel room, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m.
ESPS Suites & Sleeping Rooms
ESPS Suites must be booked through NFDA, and not directly with the hotel. ESPS Suite Holders must first register as an official NFDA ESPS participant before a suite will be assigned. Suites are available on a first-come, first-served basis until Monday, August 25, 2008, or they are sold-out, which ever comes first. ESPS Suite Holders are responsible for a nightly rate as assessed by the hotel, as well as a fee to be paid to NFDA. New this year, both Junior and Senior suites are available for reservation. Junior suites are $319 and Senior & Senior Executive suites are $359. Space is limited, so reserve your suite today. Suites must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid penalties.
