ESPS Online Appointment Now Closed - We'll See You in Chicago!
New this year, NFDA has developed an Online Appointment Tool to facilitate the ESPS appointment scheduling process. Now, all distributors and manufacturers can send and receive requests for ESPS appointments electronically. The system allows you to view your own schedule as well as check the availability of other companies planning to attend ESPS. Your company schedule is completely confidential. There are ten, 35-minute appointments, four in the morning and six in the afternoon, and a one-hour general lunch. Suite holders and attendees are responsible for making all of their own ESPS appointments.
You will be required to log into the Online Appointment Tool by using your NFDA website login and password information. You must be registered to attend the Fall City Meeting in order to log into the Online Appointment Tool. If you have difficulty logging into the tool or do not remember your login and password, please contact NFDA Headquarters at 312.527.6671. Executive Sales & Planning Sessions

The popular NFDA Executive Sales Planning Sessions (ESPS) are returning to Chicago in 2008. Held in private suites, ESPS provides you an exclusive opportunity to connect, network and conduct business with your current and future trading partners. We’ve designed our event to be an executive-level interchange between trading partners and a destination for timely industry-related education and intelligence.
Both suite holders and attendees will be able to request appointments with the companies of their choice. There are ten, 35-minute appointments, four in the morning and six in the afternoon, and a one-hour general lunch. Suite holders and attendees are responsible for making all of their own ESPS appointments. NFDA encourages both suite holders and attendees to request meetings during the allotted appointment times.

Associate-Hosted Functions

NEW in 2008, NFDA is offering the opportunity for Associate member firms to host private functions in conjunction with the Fall City Meeting. Each of the four companies below has reserved an exclusive time slot to host a private event and take advantage of the concentration of distributors traveling to the Fall City Meeting. These additional meetings are designed to preview new product introductions, marketing programs or focus on social functions. Attendance at each session is by invitation only. The companies listed below will contact customers directly to encourage participation.
