The Executive Sales Planning Sessions allow you to schedule private, face-to-face business meetings with the partners that are most important to your business strategy. The event’s all-in-one format gives you the greatest amount of visibility and scheduling flexibility with the most companies in one place. Designed to be executive-level interchange between trading partners, the ESPS and Fall City Meeting have become a key destination for timely industry-related education and intelligence. This experience has proven to be an efficient and cost-effective alternative to the typical trade show environment.
Distributors and Associates will be able to request appointments with the companies of their choice. The event allows you to schedule as many as ten, 25-minute appointments, five in the morning and five in the afternoon, with a 90 minute lunch. Distributors and Associates are responsible for making all of their own ESPS appointments. NFDA encourages both Distributors and Associates to request meetings during the allotted appointment times.

ESPS Online Appointment Tool
NFDA has developed an Online Appointment Tool to facilitate the ESPS appointment scheduling process. Now, all distributors and manufacturers can send and receive requests for ESPS appointments electronically. The system allows you to view your own schedule as well as check the availability of other companies planning to attend ESPS. Your company schedule is completely confidential. There are ten, 25-minute appointments, five in the morning and five in the afternoon, and a 90 minute general lunch. Suite holders and attendees are responsible for making all of their own ESPS appointments.
You will be required to log into the Online Appointment Tool by using your NFDA website login and password information. You must be registered to attend the Fall City Meeting in order to log into the Online Appointment Tool. Earlybird access to the Online Appointment Tool is now open and will be available to qualifying registrants until August 20th. Full Online Appointment Tool access will be available to all registrants after August 20th.
