All first time NFDA Spring Meeting attendees are invited to meet and mingle with the Board of Directors at this cocktail reception. A great way to become involved with NFDA and get a head start on your networking activities for the week!
Welcome Reception
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Gather with colleagues and industry peers in a relaxed and casual atmosphere for the Spring Meeting Welcome Reception. Take this time to catch up with friends and meet new potential business partners. Cocktails and light hors d’ oeuvres will be served, all registered spouses/guest are welcome to attend. Dress is business casual.

There are golf courses, and then there are golf experiences. A round of golf at the Quarry is a true golf experience. On the front nine you will find rolling hills, long grassy rough, plenty of water and bunkers. Don’t let the wide open fairways fool you because a surprise awaits when you get to the greens. Most on the front nine feature undulating topography that make getting down in two putts a real challenge. Particularly interesting holes include number five which is a long par 5 guarded by water on the left and large hilly berms on the right. Another is number eight. It is a relatively short par 3 but the elevated green makes the tee shot really fun.

The NFDA Reception, Silent Auction and Gala Dinner is an excellent way to meet new colleagues and catch up with old friends. During the reception you can peruse the items available for auction and bid on those that catch your eye – remember all proceeds from the auction go toward the NFDA Memorial Scholarship program. Once you’ve placed your bids, enjoy the company of your fellow members as you dine on a delicious dinner in a festive atmosphere. Dress is business formal attire.
