Cancellation Policy
A $95 cancellation fee will be deducted for written cancellations received by March 29, 2010. No refunds will be issued after March 29, 2010.
Fees for Optional Events including golf are fully refundable through March 29, 2010. No refunds will be given following this date.
Confirmations
Online registrants will receive a registration confirmation directly via email through the online application. For mail/fax registrations, NFDA will send a registration confirmation to the fax number or e-mail address you list on your Meeting Registration Form within one week of receipt. This will be the only correspondence sent confirming receipt of your registration and payment information. Registrants are asked to read it carefully to ensure all information is correct. Please call NFDA if you do not receive a Registration Confirmation. NFDA will not be responsible for registrations which have been sent but have not been received by our offices.
