Organizational Structure

The business and affairs of the Association are managed and controlled by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors consists of twelve Members, nine Distributor members and three Associate members. Three Distributor members and one Associate member are elected each year to serve a term of three years.

NFDA also has four active committees including Education & Training, Membership, Marketing and International. The NFDA committees meet at least twice a year at annual meetings to discuss ideas and plan special projects specifically geared toward their committee to help better NFDA and its membership.
